Pastor Joshua Goodwin
M.Div. Master of Divinity- School President
Pastor Josh is the pastor of Independent Baptist Church and the president of Independent Baptist Academy.
Jennifer Goodwin
M.S. Educational Leadership- Administrator/ Elementary teacher
Jennifer received her education training from Pensacola Christian College, home of the Abeka book curriculum. She has 13 years of teaching experience and over 20 years of working in children's ministries.
Mr. Wesley Halstead- Middle School Teacher
Mr. Halstead received his bachelor's degree from Baptist College of Ministry. He is proficient in several instruments, including the trumpet and trombone. He has been a part of the IBA faculty for 3 years.
Mr. Wayne Hershberger- High School Teacher
We are excited to welcome Mr. Wayne Hershberger to our faculty. Mr. Hershberger is a graduate of Maranatha Baptist University. With over 30 years of teaching experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom that will greatly benefit our school.
